New Castle Christian Academy is S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

| S | Spirituality makes us special. It starts with the pastors and churches that support us. It is fueled by the special speakers we have for chapel each week who shared what God's laid on their hearts. It is infused into our curriculum, whether it's Bible class or History class. It is who we are. | |
| P | Prayer is a priority at NCCA. Whether our hearts are joyful or distressed, we lift them to our Almighty God. As we begin each day with prayer, a calmness envelopes our students' heart. If during the middle of the day, a student requests prayer for a grandparent undergoing surgery, at that moment we stop and pray. | ![]() |
| E | Ethics & character development are part of daily lessons. Emphasis is placed on good conduct and moral judgment. We base our instruction on the teaching and example of Christ who is the Master Teacher. | |
| C | We are Christ-centered. With Christ at the center of NCCA, we teach that success comes through discovering what HIS purpose is for each of us, not what our purpose is for ourselves.
With a Bible next to a dictionary in each desk, our children prepare for life in a secular world with a Christian worldview.
We do not teach diversity; we teach oneness in Christ | ![]() |
I | NCCA is inclusion.
The student body includes students from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, religious denominations, learning styles, talents, and members of multi-cultural families.
Teachers, staff, students, parents, and family members are part of the NCCA family. As God has included all of us into His family, YOU are included at NCCA.
| A | Academics
It is our vision at New Castle Christian Academy to provide an excellent educational experience that equips students for every realm of life.
Along with reading, writing, and mathmatics, we want to bridge the gap between the classroom and life by equipping, training, and releasing student leaders who will impact the word as they love and serve God. | ![]() |
| L | Students at the Academy are loved.
They know that no matter what they do, they are accepted, loved, and forgiven as Jesus does for us. Hanging in all the classrooms are psoters that remind them of God's teachings. Whether a negative or positive behavior occurs, we can point to these verses as life lessons. We think of the students as "our kids" and because we love them, we want to direct them in God's ways.
